Her works have been performed by American and European ensembles including Network for New Music, PRISM Saxophone Quartet, E-MEX (DE), and Oerknal (NL).

Douglas Boyce
Douglas Boyce writes chamber music that links Renaissance traditions and modernist aesthetics, building rich structures that shift between order, fragmentation, elegance, and ferocity. He holds degrees from Williams College, University of Oregon, and University of Pennsylvania. He is Associate Professor of Music at George Washington University, and a founding member of counter)induction.

Benjamin Fingland
Benjamin Fingland interprets a diverse range of clarinet literature, with performances conveying “spiritedness and humor,” “unflagging precision and energy,” "eloquence and passion," and "dazzling technique" (The New York Times). A proponent of the music of our time, he works closely with living composers, and in addition to being a founding member of counter)induction, plays with many leading contemporary ensembles including NOVUS NY, ICE, the New York New Music Ensemble, and the Network for New Music. He is also a member of the renowned Dorian Wind Quintet.

Daniel Lippel
Guitarist Daniel Lippel, called an “exciting soloist” (New York Times), and “formidable guitarist” (Chicago Magazine), enjoys a diverse career as a soloist, chamber musician, and collaborator and recording artist in many contexts. A member of the International Contemporary Ensemble since 2005 and counter)induction since 2019, Lippel’s recent performance highlights include recitals at Le Poisson Rouge (New York), Sinus Ton Festival (Germany), the National University of Colombia in Bogota, and for the New York Classical Guitar Society, as well as chamber performances on the Ottawa Chamber Music Festival and Mostly Mozart Festival at Lincoln Center, and the Kunst Universitaet Graz (Austria).

Jessica Meyer
With playing that is “fierce and lyrical” and works that are “other-worldly” (The Strad) and “evocative” (New York Times), Jessica Meyer is a versatile composer and violist whose works have been commissioned and performed by many established ensembles including A Far Cry, the American Brass Quintet, and Roomful of Teeth. Upcoming projects include being the composer-in-residence at the Spoleto Festival which includes a premiere by the St. Lawrence String Quartet, the premiere her viola concerto at the Miller Theater in New York, and an orchestral work to be presented nationwide as part of Carnegie Hall's Link UP program.

Caleb van der Swaagh
Cellist Caleb van der Swaagh is a versatile chamber musician, soloist, recording artist, and occasional composer. Caleb is an alumnus of Ensemble ACJW (now known as Ensemble Connect) and is a first prize winner in the SAVVY Chamber Competition and is the recipient of the Manhattan School of Music Pablo Casals Award and the Tanglewood Karl Zeise Memorial Cello Prize and was also a grant recipient from the Virtu Foundation. An advocate of contemporary music, Caleb is a member of counter)induction and Ensemble Échappé as well as performing with other leading new music ensembles.

Ning Yu
Praised for her “taut and impassioned performance” by the New York Times, pianist Ning Yu performs with vigor and dedication to both the traditional and 20th and 21st century repertoire on stages across the United States, Europe and Asia. Working at the forefront of the current creative music scene in the US, she has given dozens of world premieres by composers from around the world and she is a member of Yarn/Wire, counter)induction, and the Signal Ensemble. Ning is a YAMAHA Artist, and she is an assistant professor of piano and chamber music at the George Washington University.
